Service Content and Scope
VPNPaper provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, with coverage in 120+ countries and 210+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Available routes and configurations are shown in the user panel and may change due to maintenance or network conditions.
This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits for third-party websites. Third parties determine their own regional availability, account eligibility, and usage rules. A successful connection does not grant access to all content.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Users should keep their passwords and subscription details secure. Do not publish subscription links, resell the service, or share accounts or subscriptions with others. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and seek help through a user panel support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for the account holder's own devices. This does not authorize resale, public proxy use, or subscription sharing among multiple people. Avoid automated abuse or other activity that affects other users' connections.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method, traffic allowance, and price before ordering. Responsible Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region relevant to their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, violating others' privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.
When using international websites, AI tools, and other third-party services, users must also follow the applicable platform terms. Users are responsible for their actions and for any content they upload or transmit. These terms do not grant permissions beyond lawful use or replace any authorization users are required to obtain.
Service Availability and Scope of Liability
Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, device settings, carrier routing, destination services, and route maintenance. VPNPaper does not guarantee fixed speeds, uninterrupted connections, or the availability of third-party platforms. If an issue occurs, check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit the error message and circumstances through a support ticket.
Issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, device failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control will be handled according to their actual cause. To the extent permitted by law, this service is not liable for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or affect the refund commitment stated on this page.
Refunds and How to Apply
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket, stating that you would like a refund and providing the relevant order details so the payment can be verified. A connection issue or speed test result is not required to apply.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Refund processing involves checking the original order and payment channel; no arrival time is guaranteed in advance. Updates will be shared through the support ticket. For disputes submitted after the period above, you may still open a ticket for VPNPaper to review based on the order and applicable law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases such as unlawful use, resale, subscription sharing, or ongoing disruption to service operations, VPNPaper may suspend the relevant access based on the risk and decide whether to restore or terminate the account after review. Users may explain the circumstances and request a review through a support ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove refund or other rights available under applicable law.
Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date and a summary of the changes. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel.
