Refund Requests / User Panel Tickets
Orders, requests, and updates in one place
Before purchasing, check your device platforms, typical use cases, and data needs. If you want a refund after using the service, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your request and order details. A description of the issue can help with the review, but troubleshooting isn’t a prerequisite for requesting a refund.
Check the same ticket for updates or requests for more information. Don’t include your password or full subscription URL. If you need to attach a screenshot, hide account details that aren’t relevant to the issue. Payment methods may display or process refunds differently; keep your original order details so the outcome can be verified.
See the Terms of Service for the specific rules that apply to 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. A data pack’s never-expiring validity and the refund request period are separate terms and shouldn’t be confused.
