Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what data VPNPaper processes to provide its cross-border network acceleration subscription service, why it is processed, and what controls users have. It applies to this site's marketing pages and user panel. Payment providers and third-party services visited by users have their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
VPNPaper does not require an email address. Users can create an account with a username and password; providing an email address is not a condition of use. This service processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, account status, and subscription entitlements for authentication, subscription delivery, and account requests. Do not include passwords in support tickets or other public content.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment method, transaction status, and refund processing records. They are used to confirm payments, deliver entitlements, reconcile accounts, and handle disputes. Traffic usage and reset status support billing and quota management; they do not represent browsing history.
When users submit a support ticket, this service processes the information and attachments they choose to provide. Please include only what is needed to troubleshoot the issue, redact unrelated details from payment records, and do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, or third-party service keys.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Processing
VPNPaper follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, visited content, or DNS query history, nor does it build behavioral profiles linking accounts to access destinations.
Establishing connections and forwarding data require network addresses and session status to be processed while the service is running. These temporary states are used only to maintain the current connection and are released when the connection ends or runtime state is cleared; they are not retained as persistent connection logs. This service does not retain long-term records combining source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times that could reconstruct an individual's connection history.
Aggregated traffic and account entitlement records needed for quota calculations are kept separate from access content. Troubleshooting is limited to aggregated status and necessary fault information; recording users' access content is not used as a troubleshooting method.
Access Statistics and Browser Storage
This site processes access statistics such as page visits, source categories, browser types, and button interactions to understand content usage, identify page issues, and improve user flows. Statistics are limited to this site and are not used to track third-party websites visited through this service. Authentication credentials, passwords, and subscription content should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and local storage support necessary sessions and may store states such as login credentials or language preferences, depending on the page's features. Users can clear or restrict storage through browser settings; doing so may require logging in again, and preferences may return to their defaults. After using a shared device, users should log out and clear related storage.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or network. VPNPaper receives transaction results and reconciliation information needed to confirm orders, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords on this site. Third parties handle transaction details under their own rules, and transaction information on public networks may be publicly accessible.
This service does not sell personal data. Where necessary for technical processing or in response to valid legal requests, data is processed or shared only to the extent required for the relevant purpose, with access restricted. After visiting a third-party page, users should review that provider's data practices.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to maintain accounts and provide subscriptions. Order, refund, and support ticket records are retained for the periods required to fulfill obligations, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Access statistics are used only as long as needed for analysis and troubleshooting. This policy does not set a single retention period for all types of data; data no longer needed after its processing purpose ends is deleted or anonymized.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. To prevent actions by others, this service may ask users to verify control of the account. Deletion may prevent further login, subscription use, or access to historical records. Records that must be retained by law or for unresolved disputes will have their subsequent use restricted. Remaining data in backups is cleared as backups are rotated.
Policy Updates and Questions
When data practices change, VPNPaper will publish revisions on this page and update the month shown at the top. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate place on the site. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required.
For questions about data processing or deletion results, users can describe their specific concern in a support ticket through the user panel. For service use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service.
